Plum Catering & Event Planning was created by the love of exceptional food and a flair for extraordinary presentation. We are a full service caterer located in the heart of Oakville since 2004.
Plum Catering has become one of Halton regions go to catering company for all corporate, social and special events catering. We take pride in our creativity, quality of product and our ability to provide the best possible service to our clients.
Our combination of fresh seasonal ingredients, culinary expertise, caring service and experience with event planning, not only will your event meet all of your expectations, it will take your event from ordinary to extraordinary.
Our History
Oakville's Very Own
Plum Catering has now been serving the Halton region and beyond since 2004. Over the years we have built a reputation for providing quality food and service at competitive prices. We worked hard to build our relationships, one client at a time and continue to work hard to retain our clients in a life-long relationship. We started in a small 900 square foot kitchen and have now expanded to over 2500 square feet.
Building on the success of our catering company, we opened a full service bistro and take out where we continue to prepare all of our items fresh to order.
Our Origins

Plum Catering was founded by Tara Badger who started in the restaurant industry as a teenager, trained at Stratford chefs school where she graduated with honors and then moved on to work throughout the GTA before deciding to open her own business.
